Kyle Malavasi, CFP®, CEPA® specializes in helping business owners prepare for the sale of their business. As a Certified Financial Planner (CFP®) and Certified Exit Planning Advisor (CEPA®), he works with entrepreneurs, executives, and high-net-worth families on exit planning, business sale readiness, retirement planning, estate planning, and tax-aware investment strategies. He helps clients align their personal financial goals with the value they have built in their business, creating a coordinated plan before, during, and after a business transition. Kyle and his team are based in Bedminster, NJ.
Personal: Kyle served as the captain of the Men’s Basketball team at Centenary University. He also volunteers as an Assistant Varsity Coach at Mendham High School for the Boy's Basketball program. Kyle resides in Clinton, NJ with his wife Allie and their son. He is an avid Giants fan and golfer, and enjoys experimenting in the kitchen with new recipes in his free time.
